Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay Flavours of flowers and fruit (peach, apricot blossoms- perfume nose, green apple, melon and subtle citrus) combined give this wine an exquisite elegant mouth feel and taste. The Turkish delight undertones also contribute to this unique, complex wine with long finish on the palate. Akkerdal Passion Red

Merlot, Mourvedrè, Malbec, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Barbera, Pinotage A magical wine with a unique mouth feel, ripe berry fruit intensity, aromatic character of spices along with some violets and blackberry fruit on the palate. Warm fruitcake and mulberry, while spices and mocha coffee flavours can add multi-layered nose and the sunshine of the Pinotage. Food: Duck, lamb roast, red meat, oxtail, ostrich, bredies, goulash, game dishes - such as Kudu, springbok and guinea fowl. Serving Temperature: Between 14 - 18°C |

Akkerdal Merlot
| Wooded with burnt nuts and intense raspberry and mulberry, with undertones of coffee and black berries. A medium to full mouthfeel with a good balance and somewhat feminine, typical of Merlot.
